General conditions and reductions

- children under 10 years old: reduction of 50%;
- Long periods: reduction up to 15-20% on the total of the reservation; (every case will be valued in relation to the period and to the accommodation demanded);
- children under 3 years old: free staying (cribs for children with additional cost);
- Super high season: Minimum stay of 5 nights
- To confirm the booking it is necessary to send a bank tranfer or a postal order of 30% on the total amount (50% for one night reservation). As an alternative it is possible to use our instant on line booking system (credit card requested);
- for last-minute reservation it is possible to confirm without the necessity of an advanced payment;
- the payment of the balance will be at the arrival (credit cards accepted, cheques as much as managers like).
